Lynn is President of Personal Property Consultants, headquartered on the Country Mile in Morristown, New Jersey. Her best friend and partner, Drew, operates the Harding Gallery there, buying and selling distinctive and unusual fine and decorative art, antiques, and jewelry.

 

Lynn's passions includes collecting friends, listening to music, biking and swimming. She swam competitively at the University of Miami, graduated with a Business Management degree from Montclair State University, and completed the NYU Appraisal Studies program. Lynn and Drew have observed the holy days of JazzFest in New Orleans for over 25 years.

 

Lynn is an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) of the American Society of Appraisers in Antiques and Art, and a Certified Member  (AAA) of the Appraisers Association of America in Personal Property.

 

Lynn typically serves as a Valuation Project Manager for the appraisal, sale and move management of furnishings, fine and decorative art, antiques, and jewelry. The firm is adept at assembling a team of specialists, scholars, gallerists, auctioneers, organizers and movers to seamlessly accomplish the client’s objectives, such as insurance scheduling, charitable donation, estate planning and tax determination, equitable distribution and sale of an estate or marital property, or downsizing.

 

She has been a long-time Board Member for the NJ Chapter of the ASA, currently serving as Vice-President.  She is also active with the Collaborative (Family) Law Group and the National Association of Professional Organizers.

 

 

 

Lynn is a good friend of long standing, and a former NYU student. "Congratulations"! Lynn on your many achievements since those early days! Your hard work and perseverance has resulted in a very successful and flourishing career as co-owner with your husband Mr. Drew Magnusson, of "Personal Property Consultants, Inc."
